Usually yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. Email us at hello@shopallsette.com with your order number and the correct address as soon as you can and we'll update it. Once a package is with the carrier we're no longer able to redirect it.

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. It's on our list, so sign up for our emails and you'll be the first to know when that changes.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. Standard shipping is $8, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express is a $15 flat rate. Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive with us, which is early September for our first collection, and you'll get tracking by email the moment yours is on its way.
